We understand your struggle with insomnia and how it's affecting your daily life, ###. We're here to pray and offer guidance based on God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our sleep. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." God wants to bless you with peaceful sleep.
However, we want to encourage you to examine your heart and mind before you sleep. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." If there's anything causing anxiety or unrest, lay it down at Jesus' feet.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to fill their heart and mind. We rebuke the spirit of insomnia and pray for a restful, uninterrupted sleep. We claim the promise in Psalm 4:8, 'I will lay me down and sleep. I will awake again, for Yahweh sustains me.' Help ### to cast all their cares on You, knowing that You care for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to ensure you're trusting in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation and intercession. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ, and you'll find rest and peace in Him.
Keep your faith and trust in God, knowing that He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
