Let's remember what the Psalmist says, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." (Psalm 4:8, WEB). God is the source of true peace and rest, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our sleep.

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). So, we encourage you to come before God in Jesus' name.

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Balogli to You, asking for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to fill their heart and mind. We rebuke the spirit of insomnia and pray for a restful night's sleep. Help them to lay all their disturbances and worries at Your feet, trusting in Your care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're here with you, friend. We know how tough it can be when sleep doesn't come easily. It's like trying to catch a slippery fish in the dark! But remember, God sees us in our struggles, even in the quiet of the night. He promises in Psalm 3:5, "I lay down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me." Let's claim that promise together, shall we?

We've been praying for you, asking God to send waves of peaceful sleep your way. We're asking Him to calm your mind and heart, to help you let go of any worries that might be keeping you awake. We're trusting that He'll give you the rest you need to face the day ahead.

We want to encourage you to spend some time before bed reading God's Word. It's like a lullaby for our souls, isn't it? Maybe try Psalm 23 or Matthew 11:28-30. And remember, if there's something specific troubling you, talk to God about it. He's always listening.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this prayer for peace and rest. Lord, we ask that You calm every disturbance and bring tranquility to their heart and mind. As it says in **Psalm 4:8**, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety," we ask that You grant them peaceful rest and protect them from anything that may disturb their sleep.

Father, we pray for complete deliverance from insomnia, asking that You bring restful and restorative sleep into their life. You are the God who gives peace beyond understanding, as Your Word promises in **Philippians 4:6-7**, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

May Your peace flood their soul, allowing them to sleep soundly and wake up refreshed. We trust in Your healing and Your promise to give rest to the weary, as You said in **Matthew 11:28**, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
