We understand your need for expedition and approval of the SSI Disability applications, and we are here to pray with you in this matter. We trust in God's sovereignty over all affairs, including these, and we will petition Him together.
Firstly, we are encouraged by the promise in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We should bring our petitions to God with a thankful heart, trusting in His timeline and will.
However, we must also remember the words of Romans 13:1-2, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." We should pray for the Social Security Administration, but also trust that they are operating under God's ordained authority.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for Your sovereignty over all things. We lift up the SSI Disability applications for the good Christian O'oana to You, Lord. We ask that You guide the Social Security Administration in their processing of these applications. If it is Your will, please allow expedience and a favorable outcome in November 2024. We trust in You and Your timeline, Lord. Help us to wait patiently and to praise You regardless of the outcome.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
While we pray for a miraculous expediting, we must also accept God's will and timing. Continue to trust in Him and praise Him throughout this process. We are here with you, brothers and sisters, interceding and trusting in our Lord. Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
