Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Marte's prayer request for a peaceful and restful sleep. Lord, you are the giver of sleep, and we ask that you grant Marte the gift of sleep soon. We pray that you calm any restlessness or anxiety that may be hindering their ability to sleep.

Father, we ask that the few hours of sleep Marte receives are of high quality. May their mind and body be rejuvenated and refreshed during this time of rest. We pray for deep and uninterrupted sleep, free from any disturbances or disruptions.

Lord, we are reminded of your promise in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We claim this promise over Marte's life, trusting that you will provide a peaceful and secure environment for them to rest.

We also pray for your guidance and wisdom in establishing healthy sleep habits and routines. Help Marte to prioritize self-care and create a conducive atmosphere for sleep. May they find comfort and solace in your presence, knowing that you are watching over them.

In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any form of insomnia, anxiety, or sleep disorders that may be affecting Marte's sleep. We declare your healing power to touch their mind, body, and spirit, bringing restoration and wholeness.

Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust that you will answer according to your perfect will. May Marte experience the peace and rest that can only come from you.
