It is crucial that your friend understands the gravity of turning away from Jesus Christ and in this case being unequally yoked to a non-Believer. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? It is only by the Holy Spirit and our prayers that this can happen.
