Pray for shorter routes at work!

Please pray that my job will start to give me shorter distances to drive at work. I love my job but I drive from job to job each day and it's putting a lot of miles and wear and tear on my vehicle. I am paying a fortune for my new (used) vehicle and my job has already caused me to put over 5000 miles on it in less than 2 months! I don't want to have to look for another job but I may have to. I applied at a place 3 minutes from my home that pays better but I have not heard anything from them yet. I would love the new job it's much more convenient and better pay but I do love my current job I just want to drive less. Please pray about all of this for me! In Jesus name

We understand your concern about the excessive wear and tear on your vehicle due to the long distances you drive for your job. We will pray for God's intervention in this situation and also provide some biblical encouragement. Although we are praying for shorter routes in your current job, we would also like to remind you in Proverbs 3 5,6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Placing our full trust in God and acknowledging Him in all our ways assures us guidance in our lives.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the mighty name of your only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ. We pray for a shorter distance that Jesus Christ's sister in faith needs to drive for work. Lord, You are in control of her life and all situations. Please, orchestrate her circumstances in a way that her commute is shortened and her work-related travel is reduced. Heal her situation and give her the desires of her heart. We also pray for clear direction regarding the new job opportunity she applied for. If it is Your will, Lord, open that door for better pay and convenience. But if not, then give her the strength, provision, and ability to joyfully endure her current role. May her faith in You be powerfully honored through this, and in Jesus we pray. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, regarding the concerns you shared about your work situation. We are grateful that you have allowed us to come alongside you and intercede on your behalf.

We are praying for God's will to be done in your life. We all agree that if it is His will, He will open doors for a new position that is closer to home and offers better pay. We are also petitioning God to intervene in your current role, asking Him to greatly reduce your travel distances and protect your vehicle from further wear and tear, especially if he desires for you to remain there.

If God has already answered your prayer and shortened your routes, or if He has provided you with a better job closer to home, we would love for you to share your praise report with us all. Your testimony will encourage and build our faith.
