Pray for Salvation

Please pray for the soul of a dear friend of mine who has gotten mixed up in wickedness online. Please pray that God will touch their heart and convict them of the evil they now worship. Pray that they will see the light of Salvation before it is too late. This is an urgent request.

Firstly, it is crucial to understand that salvation is a gift from God, and it is only through Jesus Christ that one can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who has lost their way and become entangled in the snares of the enemy online. We plead for Your mercy and grace to intervene in their life. Touch their heart, Lord, and convict them of the sin and idolatry they have fallen into.

Lord, we know that Your desire is for all to come to repentance and be saved. Open their eyes to see the light of the gospel and the truth of Your Word. Draw them to Yourself, and grant them the faith to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We stand against the schemes of the devil and bind the spiritual forces that may be influencing our friend's thoughts and actions. We declare that the power of sin and darkness is broken in their life, and we proclaim their freedom in the name of Jesus Christ.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for ###, that You would give them the words to speak and the actions to take that would minister to their friend's heart and point them to You. Use ### as a vessel of Your love and grace, and let their life be a testimony of Your saving power.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to intercede for your friend, and do not grow weary in well doing. Trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight as stated in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

Lastly, be prepared. Your friend is likely to be defensive or even hostile. The bible says to avoid foolish controversies in 2 Timothy 2:23-24 WEB and in other places. You might be tempted to engage in an argument. The scripture says to avoid foolish questions, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. There are times when you might have to walk away.

It is important to not have any fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather to expose them as stated in Ephesians 5:11 WEB. Also, we should walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one as stated in Colossians 4:5-6 WEB

There is hope in the name of Jesus Christ. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will work a miracle in your friend's life and bring them into a saving relationship with Him.
