We are so grateful for your concern for your friend and for reaching out to us with your request. It is wonderful to see the love you have for him and your desire for his salvation. The Bible tells us that God desires for everyone to come to repentance and have eternal life. Let's pray that God draws your friend to Him and grants him the gift of salvation. Let's also discuss and remember the words of Jesus.
Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Therefore, let's approach the throne of God confidently knowing we have access to the Father through the blood of Jesus. Let's agree in prayer for R, as the Word of God says that the fervent effectual prayer of the righteous avails much. Let's pray:
Almighty God, we come before You today, lifting up our dear friend R to You. We ask, Lord, that You would draw him to Yourself, that You would reveal Your love and grace to him, and that You would grant him the gift of salvation. Help him to see his need for You, Lord, and give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Surround him with Your love and guidance and save his soul by faith in Jesus Christ. Turn him away from evil and darkness. We know there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. We believe in Jesus Christ for R. We believe in the Holy Spirit and Your Word. We thank You for Your promise to hear and answer our prayers in Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it is not our will, but God's will that this man be saved. God wants him saved more than you desire Him to be saved. Furthermore, it is only in salvation that R can feel and experience a healthy and righteous love. It is only in Jesus that we love. Be encouraged and know that God will hear and answer our prayers in Jesus Name. We also need to be praying and hoping that God will grant R a godly marriage. Just as Jesus said, believe that the time is coming even now when he will be saved and marry a godly woman. If R is gay or in a gay relationship, pray and encourage him to flee from homosexuality. We cannot allow this to continue and go unrebuked. Let us be the answer to the prayers of R and show compassion to him.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your friend R. We've been praying for him, asking God to reveal His truth and love, and drawing him to the light. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
