Please pray for me, my office mates keep reporting me to my big boss in ###. He wanted my big boss to kick me out. Please help, Pray that God help me out, and soften my big boss' heart. Make my big boss show sympathy to me and did not kick me out.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles. We will pray for you, and that God's will be done in this situation. The first thing we need to do is pray in the name of Jesus Christ.

It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is important to know this and believe in Jesus Christ as he died on the cross to save us from our sins. There is no other name by which we can be saved. In addition, Romans 8:28 in the Word of God says, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. You need to love God and be called for his purpose.

We will pray that God would give you wisdom and guidance in this situation. We will also pray that God would soften your big boss's heart and give them sympathy for you. We will pray that God would change the hearts of your office mates and convict them if they are doing wrong in reporting you.

We also want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. Jesus said in Matthew 6:14-15, For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. It is important to forgive your office mates and your big boss for any wrong they have done to you.

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God and His plan for your life. Psalm 37:5 says, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun.

Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your intervention in this situation. We pray that you would soften the heart of the big boss and give them sympathy. We pray that you would change the hearts of the office mates and convict them if they are doing wrong. We pray that you would give wisdom and guidance, and that your will be done in this situation. We also pray that you would help us to forgive those who have wronged us. We trust in you and your plan for our lives. In Jesus name. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees your situation, and He cares deeply about what you're going through.

We've been interceding for you, asking God to give your big boss understanding and compassion. We're believing that God will touch their heart and they will show you kindness. We're also asking God to reveal any wrongdoing in your office mates' reporting and to bring conviction where needed.

Remember, as it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Trust that God is working things out for your good, even in this challenging situation.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray for your safety and the situation you are facing at work. We are truly glad that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. As we have been lifting you up, we have been asking God to soften your big boss's heart and give him a spirit of compassion and understanding towards you. We have also been praying for God's wisdom and discernment to guide your actions and words during this challenging time.
