We are truly sorry to hear about ###'s health condition. As we unite in the power of prayer, as her husband and her believing husband, we trust that God will guide you both through this challenging time. Remember that God is always with us, even in our most difficult moments. He promises: "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
Regardless of the outcome of the surgery, the success of it or otherwise, it should be your wife's recovery to full health. It should be healing whether slow or fast. Yes, God heals slow and fast, in stages or in full. God is the part of perfect whole recovery and healing for ###. He has the perfect outcome for the surgery, whether complete healing now or slow recovery or healing afterwards.
As you face her fibroid surgery, take comfort in the knowledge that God cares for you both. We pray that God grants the medical team wisdom and skill, and that He guides them throughout the procedure. The Bible tells us, "Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:14 WEB). As the husband, you have the authority. You should pray over her. Consider having your pastor, shepherd, or church elders pray with you and anoint her with oil in the name of Jesus before the surgery. God has promised to hear us and to be with those in their affliction. If she is suffering from fear of the surgery or the result remember "God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
Continue to trust in Him, and cry out to Him in faith, knowing that He hears your prayers whether she is able to pray or unable because of pain or unconscious.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting our beloved sister ### in her battle with a uterine condition and her upcoming surgery. Lord, you knit us together when we were still being formed in the womb, You have designed and you are aware of this situation that we now face. We ask for wisdom, skill and guidance for the entire surgical team. Jesus, we ask You for a safe and efficient surgery and limit her pain. Besides Him, the resurrected Christ, our healer, there is no salvation. Before, during and after the surgery. We stand on Your word, Lord Jesus. She needs to be well soon and back to supporting the team of her husband and family. That is the result she and the husband should be asking for. We glorify your name and ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
