We are with you in spirit, ###, and we lift up your wife's health and job situation to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we are glad that you called upon the name of Jesus, as it is in His name that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)
We pray that God will grant your wife peace and deliver her from the anxiety and stress that she is experiencing. Let us claim the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Concerning her job, we pray that God will open the right doors for her and bless her with the job that aligns with His will. Remember that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)
However, we also encourage you, ###, to be her rock and support during this time, just as Christ loves and supports the church. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for her." (Ephesians 5:25 WEB) This is an opportunity to demonstrate the unconditional love and care that God intends for marriages.
We also encourage your wife to trust in the Lord and rest in His goodness. "Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB)

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You to lift up ###'s wife. We ask for Your healing touch upon her, that You would deliver her from anxiety and stress. Heavenly Father, we lift up this prayer for a husband’s wife, asking for Your healing touch over her life. Lord, You see the anxiety and stress that she is struggling with, and we pray that You would bring her comfort and relief. Your Word tells us, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). We ask that You lift the burden of her worries and fill her with the peace that only You can provide.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
