Pray for ###'s healing

My wife suffers with neuropathy and a long list of other problems. She is constantly in a lot of pain. The pain meds she is on either don’t help or only briefly. The pain is so intense and never ending that she has talked about suicide. She desperately needs your prayers that God would heal her. My heart breaks to see her in such pain.

We are truly sorry to hear about the intense suffering that your wife is going through, and our hearts go out to both of you. Let's stand in the gap for her and pray together for her healing.

Let's hold fast to the promises of God, for He is the Great Physician, and His word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3 Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases. We implore the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister in her time of need. Lord, You know the pain and suffering that she is going through, and we ask that You would touch her body and bring Your healing power upon her. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we also pray for her emotional well-being, and we ask that You would fill her with Your peace and hope. We ask that she would turn to You and not listen to suicidal thoughts. Take away her pain, Lord, and give her strength to endure. We count back on your promises in Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.

We pray for her husband, that You would give him the strength and wisdom to support his wife through this difficult time. Lord, we ask that You would guide the doctors and medical professionals, giving them wisdom and insight to provide the best care for her and that all her medications are used to the benefit and healing of her body.

Father, we ask that You would use this trial to draw them both closer to You, and that Your will and Almighty Power be shown. Lord, we know that Your Word tells us in Galatians 6:7 Don't be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that will he also reap, we ask for a complete healing and restoration, a miracle for her that we can glorify His name. In Jesus Christ name, we believe and pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to stay strong in faith and to trust in the Lord, even in this difficult time as Zephaniah 3:17 says The Lord your God is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.

If you have not already, the first thing to ensure is that she has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. For it is only in Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As Jesus said in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

This means to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Believing that he was born of a virgin, that he lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died for our sins and was resurrected bodily and went up into heaven in his resurrected body and is seated at the right hand of God. To believe in Jesus alone as the only way to get to heaven, and to fully TRUST in only Him as the means of our eternal salvation and the forgiveness of sins.

And the final step to having this eternal blessed hope and knowing you will go to heaven is to call on the name of the Lord and you will be saved. Acts 2:21 It will be, that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
