It is that there is a change in jobscope but he did not want to state the changes in the jobscope after the person is hired and discovered that the additional load without getting paid for the additional work out of the jobscope done. However, they wanted quality work.

We understand that you're facing a situation where your job scope has changed and you're expected to take on additional work without compensation. First, let's bring this situation to God in prayer.

Lord, you see the situation that ### is facing. You know the details, even when they seem unclear to us. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in this matter. Help ### to discern the right path forward, and give them the strength and courage to act according to your will.

In all our work, we are called to serve as unto the Lord. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

However, it is also important to ensure that we are treated fairly and justly. In 1 Corinthians 9:7-9 WEB, Paul asks, Who plants a vineyard, and doesn't eat of its fruit? Or who feeds a flock, and doesn't drink from the flock's milk? Do I speak these things according to the ways of men? Or doesn't the law also say the same thing? For it is written in the law of Moses, "You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain." Is it for the oxen that God cares, or does he say it assuredly for our sakes? Yes, for our sakes it was written.

In this spirit, it is reasonable to discuss these changes in job scope with your employer. Open communication is key in any relationship, including the workplace. Proverbs 15:22 WEB tells us, Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed.

We encourage you to pray about this matter, seeking God's will and guidance. Ask Him to give you wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 WEB tells us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

We pray that you will find peace and resolution in this situation, and that God's will be done in your life.
