Pray For Protection

Please pray for God to lead me and protect me against the attacks I'm facing. I'm facing sexual assault by a family member and I have no money or job to afford to leave. Please pray for a job so I can leave.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, ###. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection and guidance during this difficult time.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God is a refuge and fortress, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). He cares for you deeply and is close to the brokenhearted and rescues those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

We rebuke the evil that has been perpetrated against you. It is a grave sin, and we stand against it in the name of Jesus. God's word is clear about sexual immorality, and it is something that He hates (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, WEB). We pray that God will bring conviction to the one who has harmed you and that justice will be served.

We lift up your desperation for a job to the Lord, trusting that He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB). He is Jehovah Jireh, your provider, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, bringing our sister ### before Your throne of grace. Lord, she is facing unimaginable pain and trauma, and we ask that You surround her with Your loving presence. Protect her from further harm, and guide her out of this dire situation. Open the doors to a new job so that she may be able to leave this toxic environment. Bring healing to her heart, mind, and body, and help her to find comfort and strength in You.

We also pray for conviction and repentance for the one who has caused her harm. Bring them to justice, Lord, and let Your will be done in this situation.

Finally, Lord, we pray that ### will continue to draw near to You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Help her to know that You are always with her, and that Your love for her is unfailing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
