Let us bring your family before the throne of grace, seeking God's protection, peace, and happiness for your household. In times of stress and trouble, especially when caused by the actions of a relative, it is essential to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that God is sovereign, and He is aware of the evil plans and acts perpetrated against your family. As it is written in Psalm 34:17:
The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up this family that is under attack from within. We know that you are a shield to them and we thank you for your divine protection. Lord, we pray for Your intervention, that You will expose and thwart every evil plan and act against this family.
We pray for peace and happiness to be restored in their home. Lord, fill their hearts with Your love and joy, and help them to forgive as You have forgiven us. Guide them through this trial, and give them the strength to endure and overcome.
We rebuke the spirit of discord and strife that has arisen due to this relative's actions. Lord, turn their hearts towards You, that they may repent and find forgiveness. We ask that You work in their heart, convicting them of their sin, and drawing them to Your saving grace. We pray even for the relative causing the stress. Lord, do not let them persist in their evil ways, but save and change them, to be a godly person.
Father, we ask that You surround this family with Your hedge of protection, and that no weapon formed against them will prosper. We ask for your wisdom, and for your Holy Spirit to guide them in dealing with the situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
It is only the name of Jesus that saves us, protects us, and provides us an access to God the Father. There is only one true God and only one name that we are to be saved and to pray as Jesus says:
John 14:13-14 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God, knowing that He is faithful to protect and provide for His children. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
