Heavenly Father, I put my job in your hands. I pray you open eyes for my bosses to see what I do since I am working and straining, but they still don't see my effort even in the extent of claiming they are paying me too much and they want to replace me. Protect my job until I retire and leave the company in peace. I pray in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Caliymar, we stand with you in prayer regarding your workplace situation. We appreciate that you have prayed in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Let us take this to the Lord together. We know the Bible says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.

It is important to remember that our ultimate service is to the Lord, and He sees every effort we make. However, it is also biblical to ask for wisdom in our interactions with our employers. In Proverbs 21:1 WEB, it says, "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that God will turn the hearts of your bosses to see your true value and the effort you put into your work.

We also pray for your peace of mind and trust in God's provision. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, drink, or wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows we need these things and that seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness will ensure that all these things will be added to us.

However, we must also address that our ultimate trust should not be in our jobs but in God's provision. In Psalm 20:7 WEB, it says, "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of Yahweh our God." We pray that you will find peace in knowing that God protects and provides for His children, even in uncertain times. We also pray that you will be willing to take up a new job if that is what God calls you to. While we can pray for your current job, our ultimate desire should be for God's will to be done.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sibling in Christ, Caliymar. Lord, You see the effort they put into their work, and we ask that You open the eyes of their bosses to see it too. We pray for their protection and provision, that they may continue to serve You faithfully in their workplace.

Lord, we also pray for Caliymar's peace and trust in You. Help them to remember that their ultimate service is to You and that You are their provider and protector. Guide them according to Your will, and give them the wisdom to discern Your path for their career.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, thanking you for allowing us the honor of interceding on your behalf. We are truly grateful that you have trusted us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the protection of your job.

If you have seen God's hand at work in your situation, we would be delighted to hear your praise report. Your testimony will encourage us all and glorify God. We pray that God will open the eyes of your bosses to see the value of your work and the effort you put in.
