We join with you, Cerethar, in praying for an end to the postal strike in Canada this week. We are reminded in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the situation in Canada. We pray for a swift and peaceful resolution to the postal strike. We ask that you grant wisdom to those in authority, so that decisions may be made that bring an end to this disruption. We pray for all those affected by the strike, that they may find comfort and provision in you during this time.
Lord, we know that you are sovereign over all things, and we trust that you are working even in this situation for the good of those who love you and are called according to your purpose. We pray that this strike will end, but most importantly, we pray for the people of Canada to experience peace, harmony and Your divine will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Cerethar, to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that he hears your prayers and is faithful to act according to his will. As it is said in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Be blessed, knowing that your prayers are joined by others in the body of Christ.
