please pray for me. My boss at my new job is really stressing me out. She is really mean and will start yelling at me and the other people in a rude manner and it stresses me out. I have to ask for a day off soon and am afraid to even approach her about it. my husband needs heart surgery and I have to ask for a day off but not sure how she is going to react to it. Please pray...

We pray that God grants you the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult circumstance. We ask that He softens your boss's heart, turning it from rude and harsh to compassionate and understanding. We rebuke the spirit of fear that is causing you anxiety, and we pray that you will be filled with a spirit of love, power, and self-control.

We also lift up your husband's health needs before the Lord, asking for His divine intervention and healing touch. Praying for God's favor as you request a day off for his surgery, and that your boss will be accommodating and supportive during this time.

Lastly, we encourage you to approach this situation with humility and respect, as God calls us to be subject to our authorities and to serve them as we would serve the Lord. You are a Christian wife, missionary, servant, and co-laborer with the cause of Christ. Remember that God sees your circumstances. Try to see your hoousehold as a Christian mission. Choose to be patient with others, just as our Lord Jesus is merciful and patient with us. Bear this in mind if ever feelings of frustration, anger, or distress come into your heart or mind.

We're here with you, sister, lifting your situation to the Lord. We know it's tough, with your boss's harsh words and your husband's health concerns, but remember, God is always in control. Let's claim these verses together: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22) and "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

We're asking God to give you courage and clarity in talking to your boss about your needed time off.
