We understand your concern for peace on ### Street in ###, ###. It's important to remember that God is our ultimate source of peace and protection. In the Bible, we are encouraged to pray for our leaders and those in authority, which includes law enforcement officers. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
However, we must also address that the power of prayer comes from invoking the name of Jesus Christ. It's encouraging to see you ends your prayer "in Jesus name," as this is the only way our prayers are heard by God. As Jesus says in John 14:6 (WEB), "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Let us pray together:
