We understand your concern for the situation on ### Street in ###, ###. Let us first align our hearts with God's Word, which encourages us to pray for those in authority and to seek peace and justice. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "First of all, then, I exhort that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men; for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
However, we must also address that your request seems to harbor resentment and labeling of certain individuals, which is not in line with biblical teachings. We are reminded in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," and in Romans 12:18 (WEB), "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
Let us pray together:

We ask that You would bring forth justice where there is wrongdoing, but also convict our hearts of any bitterness or prejudice. Help us to love and bless those who may mistreat us, and to see them through Your eyes. We pray for a peaceful August in ###, and that Your will be done in this situation. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying, trusting that God is in control and His peace transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Also, consider how you can be a peacemaker as Jesus taught in the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:9), showing love and respect even in difficult situations.
