I have a job interview today and am having anxiety. Please pray for me to have peace of mind, body and soul. Please pray I will know what to say. I am stressed and need to calm down. thank you

Praise the Lord! "Rejoice in the Lord always" (Phil 4:4). God is faithful, and we celebrate this new relationship with joy. "The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy" (Ps 126:3). Trust His guidance and love. "Love is patient, love is kind" (1 Cor 13:4). In Jesus' name!
Lorane, we understand that you're feeling anxious about your job interview today, and we want to reassure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including this important event.
Firstly, let's remember what the Bible tells us about anxiety: "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). It's important to bring our worries to God and trust that He will grant us His peace.
In times of stress, we can also find comfort in the knowledge that God is always with us: "Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." (Isaiah 41:10 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Lorane. As they prepare for their job interview, we ask that You grant them a peace that passes all understanding. Calm their mind, body, and soul. Guide their thoughts and words, so they know exactly what to say. Help them to trust in You and not lean on their own understanding. We ask this in Jesus' name, for it's in His name that we have access to You, God. Please be with Lorane today and help them to shine for Your glory. Amen.
Remember, Lorane, that God is your strength and your shield. Trust in Him, and He will never fail you. We encourage you to keep your focus on Christ, for He is the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). Go into your interview with confidence, knowing that God is in control.
Lastly, we noticed that your request didn't mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it's written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
