We understand that you're seeking peace and understanding among family members, and that there's a sensitive situation involving your brother and his wife. Let's bring this to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance through the Scriptures.

Firstly, we remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33 WEB: "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." True peace can only be found in Jesus Christ, so we encourage you to trust in Him and His promises.

Regarding family unity, we recall Psalm 133:1 WEB: "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!" God desires harmony among family members, but this doesn't mean we should overlook the imperative to follow the Lord according to Ephesians 5:22-24:
"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.

Therefore the wife should seriously consider her actions and words toward her husband and in this situation.

In this situation, We must also consider if their marriage is looking to the Lord and being based on Gods solid foundation. God designed marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Let's pray that your brother and his wife seek God's will for their marriage and family, and IJN we pray that any sin in their marriage be revealed to them. In Ezra 10:11 WEB: "confess now to Yahweh, the God of your fathers, and do his pleasure; and separate yourselves from the peoples of the land, and from the foreign women." Depending on the situation They may consider the need to Separate for a while till they reconcile and recommit themselves to the Lord. However, 1 Corinthians chapter 7 has several admonitions for married couples whatever their issues. Adultery is also the only Biblical reason for permanent divorce.

Let us explicitly pray now:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your intervention in this family situation. We pray for peace and understanding among these brothers and sisters, and that their hearts would be drawn to You and Your Word.

Lord, we lift up the marriage of your brother and his wife. We pray that You would soften their hearts and bring convictions of sin and reveal it to them and give them the strength to confess and turn away from it. Guide them to seek Your will for their marriage and family. Help them to be willing to forgive, reconcile, and rebuild their relationship with You and with each other according to Your commandments In Jesus' Name

Lord, All of Us pray that you keep the family united in love, respect, serving Jesus, and not causing strife or mischief. Give them all wisdom to handle the challenges they're facing, and let it be Your grace what keeps them together.

We ask all these things in Jesus Christ our Lord's name, Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to study, confess and believe Romans 10:9-10 Everyone who confesses the Lord Yeshua, and believes in his heart that God raised him from the dead, will be saved. 10 For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
