Let us join together in prayer for this precious child and the parents who have been entrusted with her care.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, filled with gratitude for the gift of this beautiful daughter. We lift her up to You, Lord, praying that You would watch over her and protect her in every way. We pray for her health, that she would gain the weight she needs, and that her little body would grow strong and healthy. Regulate her sleep cycles, Lord, so that she may rest peacefully and grow as You intended.
We also lift up the parents, our brothers and sisters in Christ. We pray that You would guide them as they strive to be godly parents. Give them the strength and patience they need to care for their daughter with love, kindness, and wisdom. Help them to learn from Your example, that they may reflect Your character in their parenting.
We rejoice with them in the gift of this child, and we thank You, Lord, for the blessing of children. May this family be a light to the world, reflecting Your love and grace in all they do.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
We encourage the parents to continue to seek the Lord's will for their daughter's life and for their parenting. We remind them of the words of Psalm 127:3-5 WEB: "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They will not be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate."
May the Lord bless this family abundantly as they seek to raise their daughter in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
