Reborn, i know You have good intentions and you speak from your heart but our ways are not always Gods ways. If You pray in tongues, that should be the best way to pray for sćgovernement. Or You can ask God how to pray for your country and leadership. HE Will show you if You are persistant. If we are praying so that we affect someones Will and events in specifique way it can produce witchcraft and we bind that People, which is not good.
Also good way to pray is to first start with praise and worship. Listen to praise and worship until You feel Holy Spirit has come and then pray led by the Holy Spirit. Sometimes You Will need 15 min and sometimes even one hour.
