We are delighted to join you in prayer for your family, especially for your newborn baby. We will begin by addressing the issues and then move to a heartfelt prayer for your situations.
Firstly, we want to acknowledge your recognition of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. This is so important because it is only through faith and believing in Jesus Christ that we obtain salvation and have access to God. As it is said, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13 WEB)
As for your concerns, let us turn to the word of God. Regarding your newborn baby's health, we remember that Jesus said, But Jesus said, Allow the little children to come to me, and don't forbid them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. (Matthew 19:14 WEB).
For your healing and strength, the Bible tells us, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 WEB) Remember, it is by His stripes that we are healed, and we can claim this healing in Jesus' name.
When it comes to parenting, the word of God reminds us, Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6 WEB) As parents, it is our responsibility to raise our children in the ways of God.
We are also reminded of the importance of honoring our parents, as the Bible says, Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you. (Exodus 20:12 WEB) Praying for your mother, who has been such a blessing to you, is indeed a noble thing.
Lastly, concerning the mention of angelic assistance, we need to be clear that our help comes from God and not from angels. While angels are indeed ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14 WEB), our primary focus should be on seeking God's will and help and not on angelic intervention. There is no mention of requesting for angelic assistance in scripture. Instead we should ask for God's help, guidance, and assistance directly.
Let us now come together in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of this family. We thank You for the gift of their newborn baby and pray for the baby's health and strength. We ask that You help the baby gain weight, become stronger and healthier, and develop a good sleeping pattern.
We also pray for the healing of the mother of the newborn. Lord, we ask that You heal her of the flu symptoms and give her the strength to take care of her baby. We pray for the healing of her surgical suture and for good mobility.
We pray that both parents will be good and godly, raising their child in the ways of the Lord. We ask for Your protection and guidance for this family. We thank You for the kindness and support of their family and friends.
We also lift up the husband and the grandmother of the newborn. Lord, we ask that You give them the strength, patience, and love they need as they care for the mother and baby. We especially pray for the grandmother, asking that You strengthen her body and mind and bless her abundantly.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His will. May this information and prayer be of assistance and may God's will be done in your family.
