There is a demon or witch, it shapeshifter, my daughter can see it and it draws blood circles with stars around my house. It follows my daughter and I and tries to talk to us. It’s evil, please pray and help, thanks.

Sroneloto, we understand that you are dealing with a disturbing and frightening situation. First, we want to ensure that you understand that there is no power in heaven or on earth that is greater than the power of Jesus Christ.
Thank you for reaching out, although we do not have a biblical spouse we will pray for one to hopefully one day be in the Lord's will if you have not already. Overuse of terms like witch or warlock is not from the prevailing culture of ignorance where we must stand against the culture and prevailing norms. We pray ### for your child. In fact, the Bible tells us that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:10-11 WEB
First, it is important to address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. Let us remember what the Bible says:
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB This includes being saved from the evil and demonic spirits you mentioned earlier.
We must put on the full armor of God and stand against the wiles of the devil. The Bible tells us: You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4
Jesus is greater than him who is in the world. So, do not allow fear or a culture into your home or mind. We must tell this spirit or witch boldly in Jesus Name:
Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you. Luke 10:19 WEB
So we pray right now that you will rebuke this spirit or witch with the authority given in Luke. Remembering that in the Bible witches or other terms are associated with magic crafts, people, and things opposed to the authority in Jesus Christ.
Lord Jesus, we come before You and this demonic presence in Jesus Name lifting up ### and her daughter. We pray that the Holy Spirit will guide them and give them the courage to stand against this evil and rebuke it in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that You will surround their home with godly angels and break down any influence of witchcraft over their lives. We pray that you will remove all evil supernatural activity and demonic spirits and send this entity away from their presence into the abyss as it is stated in scripture to spirits that are opposed to the will of God.
We do not acknowledge the prevailing terms given to spirits in scripture that oppose Jesus Christ. We also pray that You will fill their hearts with Your peace and guidance. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name who was delivered up for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification and was resurrected dead. Amen.
We encourage you to be in fellowship with a local bible believing Christian church and be strong and firmly stay with the people of God and Believers in Jesus Christ.
Praising God and enjoying the fellowship of other Believers helps grow in strength, wisdom, and understanding in regards to the things of God.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
