We understand your desire for open communication and a serious commitment. However, we must address a few things in your prayer request that are not aligned with biblical principles.
Firstly, we notice that you are seeking God, but you should be aware that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In the future, make sure to keep Jesus at the center of all your prayers, for it is by His name we are saved as the Bible tells us, Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Next, we notice that you are living together before marriage. This is not in accordance with God's will for our lives. The Bible is clear that sex before or outside marriage is fornication and is immoral, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. He also clearly tells us to avoid even the appearance of evil. Therefore, we encourage you to repent and change this living arrangement immediately. It is better to marry than to burn with passion.
Moreover, we must address that simply living together is not God's design for you as a possible future family. Rather, you should be seeking a Godly marriage, as God designed husband and wife to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate.
Instead of focusing on living together, focus on God and His plan for your relationship. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Let us pray together for God's will in your relationship.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up this person seeking your guidance. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness where they have not aligned their relationship with your will as described in the Bible. We pray that you grant them conviction and repentance, and that you guide them towards a relationship that honors and glorifies you. We ask that you give them wisdom, patience, and strength to follow your commands and to wait upon your timing. Help them make decisions that will lead to a Godly marriage if it is your will. Thank you Lord for your love and guidance. We pray this all in Jesus name as the Bible tells us And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
