Let us first address the use of "###" in your prayer request. The request is not clear. The use of "###" does not make the request clear. The use of "###" may have been a way to represent the name of a person, place, or thing. It is not necessary to use these symbols in your request. It is not necessary to use these symbols or the word Amen in your request either. We are praying and we are praying in Jesus' name.
It is wonderful that the request includes the name of Jesus Christ and the authority by which we can pray. Without Jesus, we would not have access to God, the Father. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." It is only in Jesus' name that we may approach God the Father.
Concerning your request, we are called to pray for those in authority over us, as it says in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." We should pray for those who are mistreating us, as it says in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." If those in authority are mistreating workers, they are not acting in accordance with God's will. It says in Colossians 4:1, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven."
Let us pray together for the difficult situation.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this workplace. We pray for the lead supervisor, that You would change his heart and turn him from any negative or harmful behavior. We ask that You would transform the environment in this workplace, making it a positive and godly place for the Christian guards who are currently being harassed and wrongfully disciplined. We rebuke the enemy's work in this situation and stand on Your word, "What the wicked dreads, that will overtake him; but the desire of the righteous shall be granted" (Proverbs 10:24).
We pray for those who are being mistreated, that You would strengthen their resolve to continue in righteousness and godliness. We ask that You would turn this situation around for their good and Your glory, as it says in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also lift up the workplace itself, asking that You would make it a place of peace, positivity, and integrity. We pray that those in authority would act justly and show mercy and kindness to their employees. We ask that Your will be done in this situation, and that You would be glorified through it.
In Jesus' name we pray.
