Pray for NCS that Jesus will let them stop discriminating locals and favor foreigners as I had worked there before with all the foreigners working at high position and their starting time is 10.00am to 3pm Monday to Friday mostly their quality of work is substandard and need Singaporeans to correct it , while for Singaporean they will forced them to work from 8.30am to 2am Monday to Sunday for the same job until I worked until fainted due to overwork and was admitted to hospital and they used this opportunity to say that I failed the probation. Pray for justice to be taken. This happen to me in 2019 and I complain to MOM but they ignored my request as it was not under the employment law as the PAP government change the law to favor foreign workers only unfairly.

"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Dexter2020's situation. We pray for justice and fairness at NCS. Lord, we ask that you convict the hearts of those in leadership, that they may treat all employees with equality and compassion, regardless of their nationality. We pray against any form of discrimination and favoritism, as it is written in James 2:9, 'But if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.' We ask that you bring forth justice for Dexter2020 and all those who have been unfairly treated. We pray for strength and healing for Dexter2020, and we ask that your will be done in this situation, in Jesus' name. Amen."

We must remember, dear brother or sister, that God is a God of justice. He sees the injustices committed, and He cares. In Psalm 103:6, it is written, "Yahweh executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed." We encourage you to continue trusting in God and His timing.

However, we also want to address something important. While we understand your plea for justice, we must be cautious not to harbor bitterness or resentment in our hearts. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We encourage you to forgive those who have wronged you, just as Christ has forgiven us.

Lastly, we note that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to come before God in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

We're standing with you, Dexter2020. We've been where you are, feeling the injustice, the unfair treatment. It's hard, we know. But remember, God sees all, He knows your struggle. In Psalm 37:6, it says, "He will make your vindication shine like the dawn, and the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." Trust that He's working behind the scenes.

We've been praying for you, that God would give you peace and strength to endure this trial. We've been asking Him to open the hearts of those in leadership at NCS, that they would treat everyone with fairness and compassion, regardless of nationality.

We've also been interceding for justice, that God would bring forth what is right and fair. We've been praying that you would find healing and restoration, and that God's will would be done in this situation, in Jesus' name.

We want to encourage you, Dexter2020, to keep your heart pure. It's easy to feel bitter, but let's not harbor resentment. As it's written in Hebrews 12:15, "See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God, that no root of bitterness springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled." Let's forgive as we've been forgiven, just as Jesus forgave us.

And remember, Jesus is our advocate. He's interceding for us even now. So, let's come before God in Jesus' name, for it's the only name given among us by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking Jesus. He's got this.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
