Let us come together in prayer for you, Umaeg, and your family. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle James: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Umaeg's dad to You. We pray for Your healing touch on his body, that You would strengthen him, renew his joy, and grant him Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke any illness and declare Your healing power over his life, knowing that You are the Great Physician. Father, we also lift up Umaeg's brother, praying that You would fill him with the fruit of the Spirit, especially patience, kindness, and respect. We ask that Godly relationship be restored between these two men with any past hurts forgiven and forgotten through the power of the cross.
We also pray for Umaeg's dad to return to a life of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, trusting in Him. Father, we ask that You would draw him back to You, that he may be saved and have a right relationship with You through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name but the name of Jesus by which we can be saved. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." We pray that this would be a reality in Umaeg's dad's life.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their lives, that You would work all things together for their good and Your glory. We believe that when we pray, things happen! We pray these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Umaeg, be encouraged by these words from Romans 8:28: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust in the Lord, and He will act on behalf of your family.
