We understand your concern for your work and your desire to provide for your family. It's commendable that you're seeking God's help in this situation. Let's first agree in Jesus name, which brings us together with God according to John 14:6 (I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.) and John 16:23 (Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you.) Then let's look at scripture. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Let's pray together for your job and all your needs. Your mistakes, possibly driven by either fear, idleness, or complacency, should be covered by the blood of Jesus as instructed in James 4:17. This happens only if you repent after reading I John 1:9. So first read James 4:17 then repeat I John 1:9.
Now let's pray:
"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your grace and mercy upon this person's employment. We pray that you will secure their job, so they can continue providing for their family. We ask that any mistakes they've made in the workplace are forgiven and will not lead to negative consequences. Help them to perform their duties diligently, and always be well with their tasks.
We pray that you will guide them in their work, give them wisdom in their decisions, and favor in the sight of those around them. We also pray and encourage them to live a selfless Christian life. They can be assured God always favors a life full of good works according to Psalms 5:12. Help them to maintain integrity in all they do to bring you honor in their workplace.
We pray all of this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen."
Be assured and let your requests be made known to God according to Phillipians 4:6 (Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God). Always pray for people, including those who may have been affected by any mistakes you made, because God also wants everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth according to I Timothy 2:4. In this case you may even need to give them a word of apology, but do it tactfully according to Colossians 4:6, thereby you yourself could be saved from the ill effects of unforgiveness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
