Firstly, it's important to remember that God's will is always the best for us. While we can pray for success in our endeavors, it's crucial to align our desires with God's plan. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." And again in Proverbs 16:9 WEB, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is preparing for an interview on the 16th. Lord, we ask that You guide them. You know all things, and You are in control of our lives.
Only You know if this particular job is part of Your plan for our brother/sister.
We pray that You grant them the job only if it aligns to the plan You have for them. If it does not, we ask You to direct them to what You have for them as they seek You.
Grant them the wisdom to answer the questions well, and give them favor in the sight of the interviewers. We know that promotion comes from You alone. Guide them in the path everlasting.
In the holy name of Jesus Christ (IJN), we pray. Amen."

I hope you get paid well. Work does not get boring. You get along well with your coworkers and become friends. Overcome adversarial times
And if a colleague or a boss must treat you, I pray God will bring justice upon them. Let you keep your job and be promoted and get a raise that you deserve.
But if you don’t get this job, I hope you get a better job.

We're right there with you, friend, as you prepare for your interview. We know how important this is to you, and we want you to know that we're lifting you up in prayer. We believe that God is in control, and He's got a plan for your life. It's written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
