We are so glad you have reached out for prayer and support during this crucial time. Firstly we will pray for your unborn child and for you as the mother. We also must address the missing mention of Jesus Christ or any abbreviations for His name. This is not a criticism but a gentle reminder that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear mother and her unborn child. We thank You for the precious gift of life growing within her, and we ask for Your divine protection and blessing upon both of them.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon this mother's body, especially her womb. We pray that You would strengthen and prepare it to carry this child to full term. We rebuke the spirit of miscarriage and any other complication in Jesus' name. We speak life and health to both mother and child, knowing that You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Thank you so much Jesus for taking on our sins and paying the price by dying on the cross. Thank you for being raised from the dead three days later and that you are now seated at the right hand of the Father.
Father, we also pray for this mother's emotional and spiritual well-being. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that You would guide her throughout this pregnancy. We pray that You would surround her with supportive and godly people who can encourage her and help her in times of need. We also pray that You would lead her to godly spouses if she is unmarried for and her child.
In this woman's past, there is a note of a surgery. We do not know what type of surgery but we do know that if it was a surgery that avoided the sacredness of marriage, there may be a chance of repentance and forgiveness needed. If a sin was committed, please remember that if we confess our sins, Jesus Christ is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness (1 John 1:9).
We thank you for the opportunity to pray for this very special situation.
