Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Basilikano's terminally ill grandmother. Lord, we ask that You grant her peace and comfort in her final moments. May she feel Your loving presence and be surrounded by Your grace. We pray that she passes gently into Your arms and is reunited with her three sons who have gone before her.

As Your Word says in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." May this peace fill her heart and the hearts of her loved ones. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
