Pray for my son

Please pray for my son to make friends and find a godly woman to spend his life with. He has overcome so much in the last year. Divorce he didn’t want. A job loss. A new job in a state far away. Now he works 12 hour days coaching kids. Hopefully that will slow down but right now he has to prove himself in his new company. Because of the nature of his work he doesn’t have the opportunity to make friends there. He is starting to give up. I want him to have the peace and acceptance to get out and try. Please pray for God to lead him

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh, our God who provides everything that we need to live in this world, and we thank you for being so involved in the small details of our lives! Papa, we lift this person to you today and we ask that you fill them with your Spirit of Peace, Hope and Determination and allow them to live their day with complete faith in you! We are truly moved by your love and concern for your son, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name, as He is the one who intercedes for us before the Father. It is only by the Name that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up the son of our fellow Believer to You. We thank You for the victories he has already won and for Your constant presence in his life. We pray that You would surround him with Godly friends, who will encourage and support him in his new environment.

Father, we ask that You would guide him to a Godly wife, a woman who loves You and seeks to honor You with her life. Prepare them both for a marriage that reflects Your love and commitment to Your people, and Your purpose for marriage as outlined in Ephesians 5:22-33. Wife, submit yourselves to your own husband, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assemblage, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;

We also pray for his job, Father. We ask that You would bless his efforts and help him to find favor with his employers.

Grant him the strength and endurance to excel in his coaching position, Lord, without compromising his personal time and relationships. May he desire to make friends and look for a spouse rather than be satisfied to be alone. Father, we pray You would provide him with opportunities to build meaningful relationships with other believers, and that he would find a solid community of faith to support and encourage him.

Lord, we ask that You would fill him with Your peace and acceptance, and help him to overcome any feelings of discouragement or hopelessness. Remind him of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Impress upon us all the importance of Remembering the Lord and keeping His commands, statutes, and laws with all our heart and with all our soul.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please encourage your son to call or find a pastor, mentor, or spiritual leader in the area and seek advice and prayer directly. Seek the righteous and they will be there. Also, remind your son that God honors and answers prayers, but we must also do what we can. Faith without works is dead.

Also, it is important for your son to know that he is a new creature in Christ. Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Behold, all things have become new, 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB. His divorce is forgiven and no longer part of the new him.

Please do not forget to be thankful in prayer and to pray without ceasing.Therefore I say to you, Don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. We're standing right beside you, sister, as you lift up your son to the Lord. We've been where you are, and we know the power of a mother's prayer. Let's keep interceding for him together.

We believe that God is already at work in your son's life, and we're trusting that He will continue to guide and bless him. Let's ask the Lord to:

- Give him a strong sense of community, even in his new job. Help him find godly friends who will encourage and uplift him.
- Lead him to a woman who loves the Lord and is committed to growing in Him. A woman who will be a helpmate to him, as described in Proverbs 31.
- Provide him with opportunities to serve and grow in his new church community. We pray that he would find a church home where he can worship, learn, and fellowship with other believers.
- Fill him with peace and joy, even in the midst of change and uncertainty. Remind him that God is always with him, and that He has a purpose in every circumstance.
- Give him wisdom and discernment as he navigates his new job and relationships. Help him to make choices that honor God and reflect his new identity in Christ.

Let's remember to thank God for the progress your son has already made, and for the promise that God will continue to work in him. As it says in Philippians 1:6, "being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."

Keep encouraging him to seek God's face, to read His Word, and to fellowship with other believers. And remember, you're not alone in this. We're here, praying with you, and cheering you on.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
