We are interceding for your son, Dennis, and we stand with you in prayer, believing in the power of Jesus Christ to intervene in his life.
Firstly, we want to address the use of "Christ" in your prayer. It's important to understand that Jesus Christ is not just an add-on to our prayers, but the very foundation of our faith. It is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let's ensure we are praying in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Now, let's pray together for Dennis:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Dennis to You. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon him. As he stands before the judge tomorrow, we pray that You would guide the judge's heart to give Dennis a chance to receive the help he needs. Lord, we know that You are a God of transformation, and we believe that You can restore Dennis to the person he once was, even better, a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). We thank You, Lord, for the work You are doing in his life, and we trust that Your will shall come to pass. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Valfyl, remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in Dennis's life, even in this challenging situation. Encourage Dennis to put his hope and trust in Jesus, for He is the anchor of our souls (Hebrews 6:19, WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and interceding for your son. Your prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16, WEB). Keep standing in the gap, trusting that God hears your prayers and is faithful to answer according to His will.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
