We understand your deep concern and love for your son, Dennis Lawrence. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's intervention in his life.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 43:1-3 (WEB): "But now thus says Yahweh who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel: 'Donโt be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you. For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.'"
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Dennis Lawrence to You. Lord, You know where he is and what he is going through. We ask that You surround him with Your angels, protecting him from all harm and danger. We pray that You provide for his needs, that he is safe, healthy, and treated well wherever he is.
Father, we also pray for a change in Dennis' heart. If he has strayed from Your path, draw him back to You. Remind him of Your unfailing love and mercy. Open his eyes to see the harm of his choices and turn him towards righteousness.
Lord, we ask that You comfort Valfyl's heart. Ease her worries and fill her with Your peace. Give her strength and patience as she waits for news about her son. Help her to trust in You and Your plan for Dennis' life.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Valfyl, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God. Remember, God loves Dennis even more than you do. He is always watching over him, and He has a plan for his life. It's also crucial to pray for Dennis' salvation if he hasn't already accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. It's only through Jesus that we have access to God's grace and salvation (John 14:6, WEB).
Lastly, we want to address the situation that led to Dennis being on the streets. We understand that it was a difficult circumstance, but we encourage you to forgive and pray for the family members involved. As it says in Mark 11:25 (WEB), "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions."
