Let's keep 
And let's remember 
We hear your concern for your son and the challenging situation he is facing at work. Let us first remember the words of the Apostle Peter, "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do wrong" (1 Peter 3:12, WEB).
In this situation, it is important for your son to trust in God's justice and timing. We should pray that God will intervene and bring fairness to the workplace, as Scripture reminds us, "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7, WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in our brother's workplace. Lord, You see the injustice and favoritism that is happening, and we ask that You bring it to light and correct it according to Your will. Protect our brother from any negative impact and give him the peace and patience to endure this situation. Guide him with Your wisdom and help him to act with integrity and righteousness. We trust in Your justice and Your ability to bring fairness to this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage your son to continue to walk uprightly and to trust in the Lord. Remind him of the promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." May God's peace and guidance be with him during this time.
Lastly, we want to ensure that our prayers are made in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If your son has not already, encourage him to put his trust in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
