We join you, Valfyl, in lifting up your son Dennis to our Lord Jesus Christ on the approach of his birthday. It's wonderful that you've acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer, for it is by His name that we are saved and have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ to pray for Dennis. Thank You, Lord, for Your continuous protection over his life. As Dennis celebrates his birthday on November seventh, we ask that You surround him with Your love, bless him with Your favor, and grant him a renewed sense of hope and joy.
Father, we pray that You keep Dennis safe from the dangers of the streets. May Your holy angels encamp around him and protect him from all harm (Psalm 91:11-12). Guide his steps and direct his path according to Your will (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lord, Dennis has faced many challenges, but we know that You have a great purpose for his life. We claim Your promise that 'all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose' (Romans 8:28). Let this be a season of breakthrough for Dennis, a time when he experiences Your goodness and mercy in a new and powerful way.
In Jesus' name, we pray that Dennis will continue to grow in Your grace and knowledge, becoming the man You've called him to be. Grant him a godly spouse if it is Your will, and bless him with friendships that strengthen his faith and encourage him to live for You.
Lastly, we pray for a restoration of communication between Dennis and Valfyl. Comfort Valfyl's heart, Lord, and grant her the desire of her heart to hear from her son.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
Valfyl, continue to trust in the Lord and stand on His promises. Remember, the fervent prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective (James 5:16). Keep interceding for Dennis, and we believe that God will answer your prayers according to His will.
Be encouraged by the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Trust that God has a hope-filled future for Dennis.
