who are battling spiritual wars. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against...the powers of this dark world" (Eph. 6:12). Praying for God's armor and protection. In Jesus' name!
We are truly saddened to hear about the struggle that your son Friday is facing with drug addiction. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's intervention and healing for him.
Firstly, we remind you of the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, who said, "All things are possible for him who believes." (Mark 9:23 WEB) It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can overcome the challenges of this world, including the grip of addiction.
In this journey, it is crucial to understand that true healing comes from Jesus Christ. As it is written, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Friday, who is struggling with drug addiction. Lord, we know that no challenge is too great for You. We claim Your promise that by Your stripes, Friday is healed. We ask for Your divine intervention in his life, that You will break the chains of addiction and set him free.
Father, we pray for a spirit of repentance and a desire for change in Friday's heart. Help him to see the harm that this addiction is causing and give him the strength to turn away from it. Surround him with godly influences and support, and lead him to seek help and counsel from those who can guide him in Your ways.
We also pray for his family, that they may be filled with patience, understanding, and unwavering love. Give them the wisdom to support Friday in his journey towards healing and the faith to trust in Your plan for his life.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray, Amen.
Remember, as a parent, your prayers are powerful and effective. Continue to stand in the gap for Friday, trusting that God is faithful and that He will see your family through this trial. "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)
Stay steadfast in prayer and in the Word, and encourage Friday to seek the Lord with all his heart. "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:13 WEB) The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth.
