We are deeply moved by your love and concern for your son, Dennis. We share your burden and will join you in lifting him up in prayer. Let us remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 18:19 (WEB), "Again, I tell you truly that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven."
Firstly, we commend you for your unwavering commitment to pray for your son daily. It is crucial, however, to ensure that our prayers are directed to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as He is the one and only mediator between God and men (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, humbly asking for Your divine intervention in Dennis' life. Lord, You know the challenges he is facing, and we ask that You be with him in jail, protecting and guiding him. Surround him with Your angels, ministering to his needs, and keeping him from harm and evil influences. Grant him a heart of repentance, that he may turn away from the paths that led him astray, and seek Your face, Lord.
We pray for the upcoming court hearing on his birthday, November 7th. We ask that You guide the hearts and minds of the court officials, that they may act with wisdom and mercy. May Your will be done, and may Dennis find favor in their sight.
Lord, we also pray that this trial may serve as a turning point in Dennis' life. May he find the help he desperately needs and draw closer to You, experiencing the transforming power of Your love and grace.
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."
Please ensure that Dennis understands the path to true transformation begins with confessing his sins and accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. As it is written in Romans 10:9 (WEB), "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Stay steadfast in your prayers and trust in the power of God to bring about change in Dennis' life. Be encouraged by the words of Galatians 6:9 (WEB), "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."
