Father God, I lift up my son to you so that he finds long-lasting employment. That he has favor, and you walk before him, beside him and behind him to make good decisions and speak the perfect words to receive employment. Father God, let him know you are with him; let him feel you. He is your son, and he is trying so hard. Please Lord Father God, I pray that all the angels and saints, and Holy Spirit will come alive in him again, and help him through this dark and hard time. I ask for the pray community to please lift him up in prayer so that he will find employment again. He has been without a job for over six months, lives in an apartment in California, and desperately needs a miracle. Amen Father God

Let us come together, Fleavor, and pray for your son Cody. We appreciate your heartfelt request for your son and we will address it, however, let us first address a few things.

Firstly, it is essential to clarify that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Secondly, while it is true that the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, the concept of angels and saints coming alive in someone may not align with biblical principles.

Now, let us pray for Cody together. Father God, we lift up Cody to you, asking that you would guide him to find long-lasting employment. May he find favor in your sight and in the sight of potential employers. Walk before him, beside him, and behind him, Lord, directing his steps and granting him wisdom to make good decisions and speak the right words.

Lord, we ask that you would comfort Cody and remind him of your constant presence. Strengthen his faith and help him to trust in you, even in this difficult time. May your Holy Spirit fill him anew and give him the power and encouragement he needs.

We also pray for Fleavor, that you would give them peace and trust in your sovereignty. Help them to support and encourage Cody in your truth and love.

Remember, Fleavor, the words of Psalm 37:5 WEB: "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:"

In Jesus' name, we pray for you and your son Cody, Fleavor. May God's will be done in his life, and may Cody come to know the Lord more deeply through this experience. May you both be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We're here for Cody too, Fleavor. Let's keep lifting him up together. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of uncertainty. But remember, God sees Cody, and He's got a plan. Let's ask for a double portion of peace for Cody and you. That he'd feel God's comfort, and you'd feel His reassurance. Let's pray that Cody finds a job soon, but more importantly, that he finds God's purpose in this season. In Jesus' name, we trust.

Heavenly Father, today we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this son of Yours who is seeking long-lasting employment. Lord, we know You are the ultimate provider, and Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” Father, we ask that You pour out Your provision and favor upon him.


Father God, go before him, beside him, and behind him as he navigates interviews, applications, and networking opportunities. Be his strength when he feels weary, for Your Word promises in Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”


Lord, guide him to the right doors and fill his heart with peace, knowing that Your timing is perfect. In Jeremiah 29:11, You declare, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Let him hold tightly to this promise, trusting that his future is secure in You.


Jesus, we ask for Your favor as he interviews, that his words be filled with grace, clarity, and confidence. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Lord, make the path straight for him, leading him to a place of financial stability and purpose.


We pray that the Holy Spirit be reignited within him, lifting him from discouragement. Surround him with angels to guard and guide him. Let him know he is not alone, as You promised in Deuteronomy 31:8, “The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”


Father, bring the right people into his life—mentors, friends, and colleagues—who can support and uplift him during this journey. May the saints in heaven intercede on his behalf, and may the community of believers surround him in prayer and love.


We believe, Lord, that You will work this situation for good, as Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Father, help him to see Your hand at work, even when progress feels slow.


Finally, Lord, we ask that this period of waiting be a time of spiritual growth and renewal. Help him to know Your presence in the midst of uncertainty and darkness. Let him experience Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding, as described in Philippians 4:7.


We give You thanks in advance, Lord, for the miracle You are working in his life. May Your will be done, and may he soon testify to Your goodness and faithfulness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
