Pray for my sleep tonight. I am having trouble sleeping. Also pray for continued bettering of my health issues and my ###. Help keep us safe. Pray I can keep up healthy eating, it has made me feel so good. Pray for no cancer. Please let me live long and well for my ###. And make me safe, loving, and caring for her. I need to get better for her. Do not let me traumatize her like my mother and father did me, and their family before that did them. Jesus, I scream Your name as I am terrified of our family trauma and of the destructive ways I have been given as tools. But also open myself in bitterness and hatred. Help me! Help my ###. Amen
