We join you in lifting up your sister Schola Ndilo before the Lord as she prepares for her visa interview on August 15th. We stand firm in the promise that "The king's heart is in Yahwehβs hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." (Proverbs 21:1 WEB).
Firstly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus that we approach God, as He said, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB). So, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your favor and wisdom for Schola. You know her heart, her dreams, and her desires. We ask that You go before her and prepare the way. Guide her words and grant her favor with the interviewing officers. We claim Your promise that "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31 WEB). We pray for a breakthrough, that this third time will be the charm, and that Your will be done in her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We also encourage Schola to trust in the Lord, and not to lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). It's important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Whatever the outcome, we trust that God has a good, pleasing, and perfect plan for her life (Romans 12:2).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you, Rachedd, that while it's commendable to seek God's help in practical matters like visa approval, our ultimate goal should be His glory and the spread of the Gospel. As Jesus taught us to pray, "May your Kingdom come. May your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (Matthew 6:10 WEB).
