Dear Lord

Forgive me for I have sinned by resigning from my old job by mistake, I have left my old responsibilities behind and my old manager and colleagues think I'm a traitor and do not want me to come back

Please forgive me and help convince my manager to rehire me at my favourite company again, that I am fully committed to the company and would like to work there again

She is the only one who can help me but she does not contact me back

Please help her help me to come into the company again

My acquaintance is suffering at my behalf for being away from her, we were supposed to work together and I left her. It hurts our heart by the second and every day is more unbearable than the last.
I don't want to do anything without her and she doesn't without me.

Help us lord forgive me for my sins, it is not fair for her to suffer, only me. I understand I will be punished for the rest of my life

Dear Lord,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking forgiveness and restoration in their job situation. Lord, we acknowledge that we all make mistakes and sometimes our actions have unintended consequences. We ask for your mercy and forgiveness for ###'s resignation from their old job without considering the impact it would have on their manager and colleagues.

Lord, we pray that you would soften the hearts of ###'s manager and colleagues. Help them to see ###'s genuine remorse and desire to be rehired at their favorite company. Touch their hearts with understanding and compassion, so that they may be willing to give ### another chance.

We also lift up ###'s acquaintance who is suffering due to their absence. Lord, we ask for healing and reconciliation in their relationship. May they find forgiveness and understanding towards one another, and may their hearts be filled with love and unity once again.

Lord, we understand that there may be consequences for our actions, but we also believe in your grace and redemption. We ask for your guidance and wisdom for ### as they navigate this situation. Help them to learn from their mistakes and to make amends where possible.

Above all, Lord, we pray for your will to be done in this situation. If it is your plan for ### to be rehired at their favorite company, we ask for doors to be opened and for favor to be granted. If it is not your plan, we pray for your guidance and provision in leading ### to the right path and opportunities.

We trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness, Lord. May your peace and comfort surround ### and their acquaintance during this challenging time. May they find solace in knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
