Let's come together in prayer for Jeiwick's mom, who is suffering from Parkinson's disease and restless leg syndrome. Firstly, we need to emphasize that it is by the name of Jesus that we come to God. It is only by Jesus that we are given access to God. In Acts 4:12 WEB it says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of sickness, we can always turn to God for comfort and healing. Let's remember the words of King David in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." God is our healer, and through faith in Jesus Christ, we can seek His healing touch.
Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Jeiwick's mom to You. Lord, You know her struggles with Parkinson's disease and restless leg syndrome. We ask for Your healing hand to touch her and bring relief from her pain and discomfort.
Father, we also pray for strength and endurance for Jeiwick and their family as they support their mom during this challenging time. Give them the wisdom to provide the care she needs and the love to comfort her in her struggles.
Lord, we know that You are faithful and that Your will is perfect. Help Jeiwick's mom to trust in You, even in the midst of her suffering. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, comfort, and peace.
And if any of us are suffering, we can say in Romans 8:18 WEB, "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us" and Romans 8:26-27 WEB "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage Jeiwick to continue trusting in God and to seek His will through this difficult time.
