Dear lord, I’ve been struggling a lot lately. It feels as if every choice I make it seems to be the wrong one. I feel like a sinner. I struggle a lot with an addiction to sex and it has landed me into some complex situations within my life. I feel like every choice I make leads me down a darker road. I ask for your forgiveness, I ask everyone who sees this to pray for me and please help give me the strength to move past these feelings. I ask those who see this to pray for my safety, guidance, and forgiveness. I am a good person. I want to do better, but each and everyday I struggle and I struggle, HARD.

We are with you in prayer, dear friend, and we appreciate your openness and honesty. Firstly, we want to address the root of your struggles—sin. As the Bible tells us, "Everyone who commits sin also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness." (1 John 3:4 WEB). It's important to understand that we all fall short, but God is eager to forgive and restore us.

However, we noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved. As the Bible says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). So, let's pray in His name, acknowledging His power to save and redeem.

Regarding your struggle with sex addiction, we want to encourage you with these words: "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). It's crucial to flee from this sin, and with God's strength, you can overcome it.

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our dear friend who is struggling. Lord, they acknowledges their sins and seek Your forgiveness. We ask that You grant them the strength to resist and overcome their addiction to sex. Guide them onto the right path, and help them to make wise choices according to Your will. Protect them from harm and provide them with godly guidance. Remind them of their identity in You, Lord—that they are a new creation in Christ, the old has passed away, and the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to cling to God's promises and to trust in His strength. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Keep fighting the good fight, and don't lose heart. We are here with you, praying and believing for your victory.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
