Disciple of Prayer
My wife has applied for divorce, on 6th September we have our last counseling session, after which the case will go to court. Kindly pray that matter get resolved in our last session and we come back together again. She is not talking at all, she knows everything can be solved but she is not ready for even a discussion, she is doing court counseling just for name sake and forcing me for mutual separation. Kindly pray, she is under the influence of friends and family. She put forward all the false allegations on me and my family.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage, ###. We will stand with you in prayer and encourage you to seek God's will in this challenging time.

Firstly, we want to remind you of what the Bible says about marriage: "'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Hosts. Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you don’t deal treacherously" (Malachi 2:16 WEB). God's desire is for reconciliation and the healing of your marriage.

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s marriage. Lord, we know that You hate divorce, and we ask for Your intervention in this situation. Please soften his wife's heart and open her eyes to the truth. Remove the influences that are causing her to act against their marriage. Bring healing, understanding, and reconciliation between them. Help them to communicate effectively and resolve their issues in the upcoming counseling session. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

###, we encourage you to continue loving your wife as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25). Show her patience, kindness, and understanding. Remember that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). Keep seeking the Lord and trust in Him to work in her heart and in your marriage.

We also want to address the false allegations against you. We pray that the truth will come to light, and that your wife will recognize the negative influences of her friends and family. Remember what Jesus said: "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32 WEB).

Lastly, ###, continue to press into the Lord and trust in Him. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Keep praying and believing that God can restore your marriage.

We will continue to pray for you and your wife, trusting that God will bring about a miracle in your marriage.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
