We are deeply saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing in your marriage, Pwelild. We will stand with you in prayer and offer guidance based on the truths found in the World English Bible (WEB).
Firstly, we commend your heart of forgiveness and understanding toward your wife. It is important to remember that God desires reconciliation and forgiveness in our relationships. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
However, we must also address the seriousness of the situation. The sanctity of marriage is clearly outlined in the Bible. In Malachi 2:16, we read, " 'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you don't deal treacherously.'"
We must pray for your wife's heart to turn back to you and to God. Let us pray together:
"Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, interceding for Pwelild and his wife. Lord, we ask that You soften her heart and turn it back towards her husband. We pray for healing and restoration in their marriage, as nothing is impossible with You. We rebuke the spirit of limerence that has taken hold of her and pray that she finds her true love and fulfillment in You and in her marriage. We also pray for Pwelild, that You grant him strength, patience, and wisdom during this difficult time. May Your will be done in their lives, in Jesus' name we pray, amen."
Pwelild, continue to love your wife as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). Keep praying and believing for your marriage, but also be open to God's leading. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved (Acts 4:12). Keep your faith firmly rooted in Jesus Christ, and He will see you through this storm.
