Greacy, we understand your distress and we are here to intercede and offer guidance. We commend you for your persistence in prayer and reading the Bible. God sees your faithfulness, and He has a plan for you.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 10:10 (WEB):
"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
Remember, God’s plan for you is to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future. God has not forgotten you.
Regarding your job search, we want to remind you of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB):
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will direct your paths. Your skills, education, and talents are not wasted; God will use them for His glory at the right time.
We also want to address the loneliness you feel. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) says:
"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
God is close to you, and He hears your cries. Share your burdens with fellow believers as well. Galatians 6:2 (WEB) tells us:
"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."
The church is a family, and you should not feel alone. Reach out to others and let them support you.
Concerning your desire to go abroad, be patient and wait on God's timing. Psalm 37:4 (WEB) says:
"Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
If it is God's will for you to go abroad, He will open the doors. Trust in Him.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. John 14:13-14 (WEB) says:
"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. If you have not already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9.
We are praying for you. Jesus, we lift up Greacy to You. We pray that You will guide her to the right job, open the doors for her to serve You, and give her a sense of purpose and belonging. We pray that You will comfort her in her loneliness and surround her with a supportive community. We ask that You will reveal Your will for her life and give her patience to wait on Your timing. We pray all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
