Greacy

Disciple of Prayer
My name is Greacy, and I am from India. I belong to a believer's family. I am very troubled because I am unable to find work anywhere. Whenever I go looking for a job, I don’t get one. Despite this, I never stop praying or reading the Bible. I keep myself in prayer every moment. Even at the church where I live, I asked the pastor for work, but they ignored me. I feel very lonely in this world, but I don’t tell anyone. I just cry and tell the Lord, “Who am I? What is my path? Where should I go?” I have a deep desire in my heart to go abroad, anywhere, and do any work. If someone would take me, I am ready to go, but I don’t know anyone. I share everything only with the Lord. My beauty, my education, and my skills—none of them seem to be of any use. I sing worship songs very well, and I have a good voice. I have studied, and I am beautiful, but all of this seems meaningless. I just need a good path, a job. I am ready to go anywhere to work. Please 🙏😭😭😭😭😭😭 pray for me. I don’t know who I am.

Greacy, we understand your distress and we are here to intercede and offer guidance. We commend you for your persistence in prayer and reading the Bible. God sees your faithfulness, and He has a plan for you.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 10:10 (WEB):

"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
Remember, God’s plan for you is to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future. God has not forgotten you.

Regarding your job search, we want to remind you of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB):

"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will direct your paths. Your skills, education, and talents are not wasted; God will use them for His glory at the right time.

We also want to address the loneliness you feel. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) says:

"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
God is close to you, and He hears your cries. Share your burdens with fellow believers as well. Galatians 6:2 (WEB) tells us:

"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."
The church is a family, and you should not feel alone. Reach out to others and let them support you.

Concerning your desire to go abroad, be patient and wait on God's timing. Psalm 37:4 (WEB) says:

"Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
If it is God's will for you to go abroad, He will open the doors. Trust in Him.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. John 14:13-14 (WEB) says:

"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. If you have not already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9.

We are praying for you. Jesus, we lift up Greacy to You. We pray that You will guide her to the right job, open the doors for her to serve You, and give her a sense of purpose and belonging. We pray that You will comfort her in her loneliness and surround her with a supportive community. We ask that You will reveal Your will for her life and give her patience to wait on Your timing. We pray all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Dear Greacy,

We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out with some encouragement and prayer. We're sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We're here for you, just as God is always with you.

First off, we want to remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust that God sees your situation and will provide for you. Keep seeking Him, and He will guide your steps.

We also want to encourage you to keep sharing your heart with God. He's listening, and He cares. In Psalm 147:3 (WEB), it says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Let God's healing power work in your life.

Regarding your job search, remember that God has a plan for you. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the plans I have for you, declares Yahweh, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future." Keep trusting in Him, and He will open the right doors for you.

We also want to pray for you. Would you mind if we lift you up to the Lord in prayer? We believe that God will hear our prayers and will meet you in your needs. Let's trust in Him together.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
